2. Professional & Ethical Conduct

Zia Spa provides authentic wellness, relaxation, and therapeutic body massage services only.

• Strict professional boundaries are maintained at all times.
• Any inappropriate behavior, inappropriate remarks, or illicit requests will result in immediate termination of the session without refund and potential reporting to local authorities.

3. Appointment & Arrival Policy

To ensure a punctual experience for all guests:

• Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to complete check-in procedures.
• Late arrivals will receive the remaining duration of their scheduled slot so as not to delay subsequent appointments. The full service fee remains applicable.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly request advance notice if you need to alter or cancel your reservation:

• Please notify us via telephone or WhatsApp at least 2 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your session.
• Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may require advance booking deposits for future reservations.

5. Health & Medical Conditions

Your safety and well-being are paramount to us:

• Guests are required to inform reception and therapists of any pre-existing health issues, allergies, surgeries, high blood pressure, or pregnancies before the treatment begins.
• Our wellness treatments are non-medical and should not replace advice or treatment from qualified medical professionals.

6. Personal Belongings

While we provide secure treatment rooms, guests are responsible for their personal possessions. Zia Spa accepts no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged personal valuables brought into the premises.
